Behaviour Support Assistant - Liverpool and surrounding areas 

Location: Liverool (L31)

Pay: £12.90-13.50 per hour

Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with behavioural needs to achieve their full potential.
  • Implement tailored strategies to promote positive behaviour.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to create a nurturing environment.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of behavioural strategies and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach.
