Education and Training

£90 - £100 Per day

  • Provide support to students with challenging behaviours
  • Implement behaviour management strategies as directed by the SENCO
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Support the class teacher in maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Monitor and record student progress and behaviour throughout the day
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals regarding student progress
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of behaviour management strategies

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)

Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting

  • Understanding of behaviour management techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills
  • Level 2 or 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools qualification
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs

This role involves working in a school environment, supporting students with challenging behaviours. The hours are full-time, and the position is temporary.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
