Do you have a passion for supporting young people and helping them overcome challenges? Teaching Personnel is seeking a compassionate and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Andover, working with secondary school students across Key Stage 3 and 4.

Role Overview:

  • Location: Andover
  • Position: Part-Time Behaviour Mentor
  • Key Stages: KS3 & KS4
  • Suitable For: Graduates and Unqualified Teachers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted support to students who need help with behavior management and emotional well-being.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive and structured learning environment.
  • Mentor students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, focusing on building resilience and promoting positive behavior.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to manage challenging behavior.
