Education and Training

£85 - £95 Per day

  • Provide support to students with challenging behaviour in educational settings
  • Implement strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging situations
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individual behaviour plans
  • Provide feedback and progress reports to relevant stakeholders
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Prior experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour

  • Understanding of behaviour management strategies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Good organisational skills
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Training in behaviour management techniques

This role involves working in educational settings with students who exhibit challenging behaviour. The work may be demanding and require the ability to remain calm and composed in difficult situations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
