Do you have a passion for helping students overcome behavioural challenges and succeed in school? WN4 Secondary Schools are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work closely with students and staff to manage challenging behaviour and promote positive outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience working with students with behavioural difficulties is a plus.
  • Commitment to promoting inclusivity and emotional well-being.

Behaviour Support Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils who struggle to engage within lessons and require additional support within their studies.
  • Provide KS3 and GCSE tuition sessions across a range of subjects including Maths, English, Science, and Humanities
  • Lead small classes and deliver pre-set revision resources.
  • Track and monitor the progress made by pupils within sessions and feedback to senior management.
