  • Provide support to students exhibiting challenging behaviour
  • Assist in implementing behavioural management strategies
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment
  • Monitor and record student behaviour and progress
  • Provide one-on-one support to students as needed
  • Valid driving licence and acess to own car as some outreach work may be required
  • Previous experience working with individuals displaying challenging behaviour
  • Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations

Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths

Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting

  • Understanding of behavioural management techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Relevant qualification in education, psychology, or related field
  • Training in de-escalation techniques
  • Work primarily within a school setting
  • May require occasional evening or weekend work for events or meetings
  • Must be able to handle challenging behaviour and remain professional at all times

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
