Behaviour Support Assistant – Tameside
Do you have a talent for connecting with young people and a passion for supporting positive behaviour in schools? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join a secondary school in Tameside starting in January 2025. In this key role, you’ll work closely with students who need extra support to manage their behaviour, helping them develop essential social and emotional skills in a positive and inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to form trusting relationships with students. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
