Behaviour Support - Team Teach Trained New

SEN schools in Batley are looking to recruit a Behaviour Support with Team Teach training, who has supported children in KS1 or KS2 with Autism as well as who can encourage, motivate and support children within the classroom.

The ideal candidate will have Team Teach training and experience of working with children on a 1-1 basis, SEN experienced, covering Autism and lower ability able to communicate and build rapport with the children.

Experience of the following would be useful but not essential

• Able to work 5 days a week, full-time
• Speech and Language Support
• Previous experience of Autism Support within Education
• A current DBS
• Has an understanding of different pupil needs and how to meet them.
