Behaviour Teaching Assistant – September 2024 Start

A reputable school in Stockport, rated ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted, is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to SEN students throughout their school day.
  • Maintain a calm and positive environment in the classroom.
  • Monitor and assist in managing student behaviour.
  • Work one-on-one with students to help them manage emotions and stay focused on tasks.

While previous experience in a school setting is preferred, it’s not essential. The school values candidates with proven abilities in behaviour management in any context. If you’re someone who can contribute positively to the team, your skills will be highly valued.

The successful candidate will receive all necessary training from the school to ensure a smooth transition into the role. This position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for those with the right qualities and experience.
