• Provide one-on-one tutoring to students with behavioural challenges
• Develop personalised learning plans based on individual student needs
• Implement strategies to improve student behaviour and engagement
• Monitor and track student progress and adjust tutoring techniques accordingly
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure consistency in support

• Relevant experience working with students with behavioural difficulties
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

• Understanding of behavioural management techniques
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
• Knowledge of special education practises
