  • Provide one-to-one tutoring support to students with behavioural challenges
  • Develop and implement individualised behaviour management plans
  • Assist students in understanding and regulating their emotions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and behaviour interventions
  • Relevant experience working with students with behavioural difficulties
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
  • Knowledge of special education needs and inclusive practises
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and other stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills
