TP Tutors are recruiting Behaviour Tutors for 1:1 tuition with students in the Nottingham area (NG31).

  • Provide one-on-one tutoring to students exhibiting challenging behaviour
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to support students in improving their behaviour and learning outcomes
  • Create individualised learning plans based on student needs and behaviour assessments
  • Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and behaviour changes
  • Experience working with students with behavioural difficulties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies
  • Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Education or related field
  • Understanding of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students
