TP Tutors are recruiting Behaviour Tutors to support young people in the Nottingham area (NG20).

1. Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioural challenges.

2. Develop and implement individualised behaviour management plans.

3. Monitor and track student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.

4. Collaborate with other stakeholders to create a supportive learning environment.

5. Offer guidance and support to help students improve their behaviour and academic performance.

- Relevant experience working with individuals with behavioural difficulties.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.

- Understanding of behaviour management strategies and techniques.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.

- Knowledge of behavioural interventions and positive reinforcement techniques.

- Ability to assess behaviour patterns and implement appropriate interventions.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

- Familiarity with educational frameworks and regulations.
