We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Behavioural Support Assistant to join a team in Liverpool, working with secondary students aged 13 to 19. The school is dedicated to providing an inclusive and supportive environment for students who have struggled in mainstream education, offering individually tailored learning programmes that focus on choice and challenge.
About the Role:
As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping the students overcome barriers to learning and re-engage with their education. You will provide care and support to students who may exhibit challenging behaviours, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and understood. Your role will involve:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
