- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons to students
- Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the educational needs of students
- Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development and school events
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Business Studies or related field
- Knowledge of the UK curriculum and educational standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Previous experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of business concepts
- Experience in lesson planning, assessment, and differentiation
- Ability to use ICT and other resources effectively in teaching
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or Business Studies
- Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Additional training in teaching methodologies or educational leadership
- Full-time position with regular school hours
- Classroom-based teaching with some administrative responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
