Position: Business Teacher

Are you a business teacher, seeking a new job opportunity?

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a teacher our clients school to design, and deliver business lessons to their students from 16 and above.

With the subject being a further education level course it is important that the successful candidate is an educator who can provide the students with high-quality and in-depth lessons to ensure there is deep understanding across the board of the curriculum ready for their exams. You will also be responsible to mark class work, and practice exam papers and giving feedback to so that they’re fully prepared and confident to achieve their targeted grades.

About the school

The College are based very centrally to Northampton in NN3, and have been awarded a ‘Good’ College by Ofsted. They are located on a large campus with a spacious car park, as well as having multiple bus routes travelling in their direction so is very easily accessible for both drivers and those who use public transport.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Business studies, and understanding of the curriculum
• A Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
• Qualification in Business studies or related field
• Experience Teaching KS5 students and above
• Experience in preparing students for exams.
• An overseas police clearance (If applicable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
