Teaching Personnel are currently working with an amazing Secondary School based in Northampton, who are keen to recruit a Business Teacher on a permanent basis. The role is to start in January 2025. This role is either a part time or a full time job and is to teach KS3 and KS4.
The job purpose of a Teacher of Business is to educate and inspire students in the field of business, economics, and entrepreneurship. To help students understand key concepts such as business management, marketing, finance, and economics while developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

This is a full-time, long-term role teaching Business and Economicsto Key Stage 3/4 students. Teacher of Business and Economics Job Overview:
• Turn the tide on traditional lessons-create engaging and interactive classes that bring business principles and economic theories to life!
• Introduce students to a range of topics, from the fundamentals of supply and demand to the intricacies of international trade, sparking curiosity and discussion.
• Guide our Wandsworth students through real-world case studies, helping them explore practical applications of their learning in the business world.
• Teach GCSE students and BTEC Level 2 and 3, making finance and economics as engaging as they are educational.
• Provide constructive feedback on coursework, projects, and presentations, inspiring students to refine their skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate stimulating classroom debates and group discussions that encourage critical thinking and diverse perspectives on economic issues.
• Track and assess student progress, offering tailored support and strategies to ensure everyone succeeds in the business landscape.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Business Teacher with the ability to teach at KS4 & KS5
• A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
• Legal ability to work within the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
