Teaching Personnel is looking for qualified teachers with SEND experience to work on a flexible, casual basis in schools across Alton. • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEND.
• Work closely with SENCOs and support staff to implement individual learning plans.
• Provide differentiated learning materials and strategies to support student progress.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
• Monitor, assess, and report on the progress of students with SEND.

• A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent).
• Experience working with children with SEND.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching to individual needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
