Are you an experienced Class teacher who is seeking to join a remarkable Primary school in Romford? 

Teaching Personnel is working closely with an 'oustanding school' (Ofsted 2015). Currently we are seeking to appoint an outstanding classroom practitioner to join their team on a permanent basis from September. 

The successful applicant(s) will be able to teach a class at any keystage in the school in accordance with the National Curriculum. You will be an excellent classroom teacher with high expectations of attainment and behaviour who can motivate children; you will be expected to be a committed and active member of the staff team and school community

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for Primary children
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic growth of each child.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible educational experience for students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Contribute to the overall school community and participate in school events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in a Primary setting 
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a stimulating and safe learning environment.
  • Dedication to fostering a love of learning in young children.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service 
  • Ability to contribute to the Catholic ethos of the school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
