About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and committed Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive and dynamic educational environment. You will be working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to students with a range of complex needs, ensuring they receive the best possible education and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to students with complex needs
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Support students with their physical, emotional, and social development

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young adults with complex needs
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake necessary training
• A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
