Education and Training.

£153 - £238 per day.

  • Plan and deliver engaging computer science lessons to students.
  • Develop curriculum and instructional materials in line with educational standards.
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback to support their progress.
  • Manage classroom activities and create a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and student outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

Prior experience teaching computer science to students is preferred but not essential.

  • Strong understanding of computer science concepts and programming languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students in the learning process.
  • Organisational and time-management skills.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Education.
  • Experience with educational technology tools and platforms.
  • Typical working hours within a school setting.
  • May require occasional participation in school events or meetings outside regular hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
