Here at Teaching Personnel we are seeking a dedicated and passionate qualified teacher to join a partnership school based in Southampton and teach core subjects English, Maths and Science. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of our students. You will work collaboratively with all staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic progress and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and empowered to succeed.
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote active participation in lessons.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude towards overcoming challenges.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
