Smile are currently working with one of our Multi Academy Trusts based in Melton Mowbray and are currently seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to join them for their long-term work in their Secondary Schools.
They are particularly looking for those who have either a background or a degree in science.
The role will be based in one of their site’s in Melton Mowbray (LE13) supporting across Key Stages 3-5 classes and are looking for people for an immediate start.
What your day will look like?
- The role is mainly to provide cover for absent teachers, managing a classroom ensuring that the students remain on task with the work that has been set.
- Preparing classrooms for the lessons ahead (all lessons will be prepped!)
- Managing the behaviour levels of students within the classroom environment and being confident to do so
What you will need?
- Experience working within a school setting (secondary would be great!)
- Evidence of working with children through adequate references
- Passion and drive for supporting children within schools
- Degree or background in Science

Pay rate of £85-£105 DOE
