Cover Supervisor Expiring soon

A Cover Supervisor is needed in the High Peak area as soon as possible.

• £350 - £450 per week, dependant on experience.
• CPD and training courses.

Overview of the role:

• Delivering lessons to range of students from years 7 – 11 with pre set work.
• Monitoring and tracking students’ behaviour throughout the lessons.
• Helping the students through the work and provide additional support where required.

It would be ideal that the school appoint someone who has previous experience working with children, however its not completely essential.

Anyone who has the right traits/experience could prove to be a valuable asset for the students. Such as:

• Strong communication skills.
• Efficient behaviour management techniques.
• Punctual and positive personality.
• Calm and reassuring nature.

Its important to the schools that the candidate is someone who has a passionate and caring personality that would allow for an excellent, yet efficient learning environment.
