Unqualified Supply Teacher needed at a Secondary School based in Salford

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Unqualified Supply Teacher at a client Secondary School based in Salford.

This is a permanent position, however the successful candidate will be starting on a temporary basis so that you can test out the role and decide if it is right for you. The working hours can be flexible, whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work. A successful applicant can expect to earn up to £100 per day, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring the continuity of learning in the absence of regular classroom teachers.
  • Managing the classroom effectively, maintaining discipline and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Supporting students with their learning, providing guidance and assistance as required.
  • Following school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborating with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the school day.

Requirements:

  • A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments and work effectively with diverse student populations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility and availability to work on short notice.
