Smile Education are working with a fantastic Secondary school in Sheffield who are seeking a Cover Supervisor who can ensure cover lessons run smoothly, resulting in positive learning outcomes for the pupils.
The Cover Supervisor role is great for those who would like to gain more experience working with classes before committing/ applying to a teacher training role which may be long term or permanent.
Cover Supervisor – what makes you suited to this role:
- Able to supervise and cover a secondary class, delivering pre-planned lessons
- Prior education / classroom / tutoring experience
- Professional approach to helping students learn and remain engaged
- A full enhanced DBS will be required, which can be processed through Smile Education.
