Teaching Personnel - Manchester South Secondary branch

The Cover Supervisor will be responsible for supervising students in the absence of their regular teachers, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. They will deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, manage student behaviour, and support the educational progress of students.

Experience of working within a UK school setting, Educated up to A Level as a minimum

Minimum of A Level qualification

Prior experience in a school setting is essential

  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Ability to effectively engage students in learning
  • Passion for education and supporting student development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience

The role involves working within a school environment, adhering to school policies and procedures. The Cover Supervisor may also be required to assist with extracurricular activities and school events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
