The ideal Cover Supervisor will:

• Supervise classes during teacher absences
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Support students with their educational activities
• Provide assistance to teaching staff as required

Cover Supervisor requirements:

• Experience working with secondary school students
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students
• Flexibility and adaptability with ability to travel to a variety of schools in the local Thanet area
