Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Basingstoke, Secondary Schools
Start Date: September 2024
Working Hours: Full Time and Part Time positions available, based on your availability

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of students' education during teacher absences. You will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Lessons: Execute lessons planned by the regular teachers, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a conducive learning atmosphere.
  • Supporting Students: Assist students with their work and answer any questions they may have.
  • Flexibility: Choose between full-time or part-time positions to fit your schedule.
  • Valuable Experience: Gain hands-on experience in a classroom setting, ideal for graduates and individuals considering a career in teaching.
