The ideal Cover Supervisor will:

• Take charge of classrooms during teacher absences, delivering set lesson plans

• Assist students with their coursework and learning 
• Provide support to the teaching staff

Cover Supervisor requirements:

• Experience with secondary school students
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Strong organisational abilities
• Flexibility to work in various schools across the Dover area
