About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Cover Supervisor to join a welcoming school in Teignmouth. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain on task and engaged with their learning. This role is ideal for individuals considering a career in education, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes across various subjects and year groups, following the provided lesson plans.
• Manage student behavior to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Provide support to students as needed, ensuring they understand and complete their work.
• Assist with other duties as required by the school, including administrative tasks.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams to enhance student outcomes.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
