  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and focused.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, adapting to different teaching environments.
  • Facilitate learning by following the lesson plans provided and offering additional support where needed.
  • Communicate clearly with students, helping them stay on task and motivated.
  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject is essential.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to build rapport with students.
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
