About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is looking for reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team and provide essential support to secondary schools in Farnborough. Starting in September 2024, this role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, depending on your availability.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining classroom management, ensuring a positive learning environment, and managing student behaviour in line with school policies. This role is crucial in supporting students' educational continuity in the absence of their regular teachers.
This position is perfect for graduates, unqualified teachers, and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) who are passionate about education and eager to gain classroom experience.
