Education and Training

£85 - £95 Per day

• Supervise and manage a classroom environment in the absence of the regular teacher
• Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure student learning progresses during the teacher's absence
• Maintain discipline and order within the classroom
• Support the learning and development of students
• Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress and behaviour

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics
• Experience working with children or young people
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics

Prior experience working with children or young people is desirable

• Understanding of classroom management techniques
• Ability to follow and implement lesson plans
• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Teaching Assistant qualification
• First Aid certification

• Work in a school setting
• Full-time hours
• Potential for interaction with students, teachers, and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
