Are you passionate about education and looking for a dynamic role in a supportive and vibrant school environment? We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisor who can drive to join our dedicated team at Teaching Personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver preset lessons with no planning or marking required
  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Assist students with their learning and provide guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to classroom management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • A valid UK driving license is deserved
  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Willingness to adapt to different classroom settings and work as part of a team.
