Job Description:

Teaching Personnel is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic secondary school in Southampton on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and looking to gain valuable experience in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
  • Ensure a positive learning environment by managing classroom behavior.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
  • Provide support to students with their learning activities.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
