Education and Training

£85 - £95 Per day

• Supervising and managing classrooms during the short-term absence of teachers
• Implementing pre-prepared lesson plans
• Managing student behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Providing support to students in their learning activities
• Reporting back on students' behaviour and any issues that arise during the day

• GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics

Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics

No formal teaching experience required, but experience working with children or in a school setting is beneficial

• Understanding of classroom management techniques
• Ability to follow lesson plans and instructions
• Strong communication skills

• Teaching Assistant qualification
• First Aid certification

• Work in a school environment
• Full-time hours on a contract basis
• Interaction with students, teachers, and school staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
