Are you passionate about working with young people and looking for a rewarding role in education? We are seeking a flexible Cover Supervisor to work across mainstream secondary schools in the Darwen and Accrington areas.

Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Darwen & Accrington
Contract Type: Flexible (part-time/full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
  • Provide support and supervision to students during lessons.
  • Adapt to different school environments and year groups across Key Stages 3 and 4.

  • Experience working with secondary school-aged children (e.g., TA, sports coach, youth worker).
