Education and Training

£85 - £95 Per day

• Supervising students in the absence of their regular teacher
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans to classes across different subjects
• Ensuring students' work is completed and maintaining a productive learning atmosphere
• Providing feedback to the regular teacher on student progress and behaviour

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics

Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent

Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous

• Knowledge of basic classroom management techniques
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow lesson plans effectively

• Teaching Assistant qualification
• First Aid certification

Work in a school environment under the guidance of teaching staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
