We are seeking a committed and adaptable Permanent Cover Supervisor to join a successful secondary school in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in education in a stable and supportive environment.

The Role
As a Permanent Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Provide classroom cover for teachers during short-term absences, ensuring students remain on task and follow set work.
• Manage classroom behaviour and support students in their learning.
• Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Build strong relationships with students and become a valuable member of the school community.

Requirements

• Experience working with young people, ideally in a school environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
