We are looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our exceptional team at a vibrant secondary school in Crewe. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to start making an impact right away.

In the role of Cover Supervisor, you will take charge of classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students stay engaged with their learning. You will implement pre-prepared lessons, manage classroom behavior, and provide guidance to students as they work independently. Your ability to create a supportive and focused atmosphere will be key to helping students succeed during these sessions.

Candidates should have experience working with secondary-aged students and a solid understanding of educational practices. Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial, as you will be interacting with both students and staff daily. While a teaching qualification is not required, a keen interest in education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment is essential.
