Salary: £80 - £100 per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects.
  • Supporting students in completing set tasks.
  • Providing feedback to the regular class teacher on students' progress and behaviour.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Confident and able to manage classroom behaviour.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • A flexible and proactive attitude to work.
  • Experience working with young people, either in an educational setting or elsewhere (desirable but not essential).
  • A passion for education and a desire to support student development.

Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in a school or educational setting is beneficial but not required.
