A school in the High Peak area are currently searching for a Supply teacher to start ASAP. The role would consist of delivering day to day lessons to a range of students from years 7-11, with train and bus stops all in a 5–10-minute walk, along with onsite parking available.

  • Earn up to £550 - £700 per week, dependant on experience and qualifications.
  • A range of free courses available.
  • Chance to work in a ‘GOOD’ Ofsted school.

The ideal candidate:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • MUST have DBS certificate and recent references.
  • Ability to safeguard the children in the school environment.
  • Be able to Develop and progress the students through their work life.

Working as a supply teacher there’ll be a number of roles and responsibilities that the candidate will need to carry out.

  • Work in a range of subjects in day-to-day lessons (no planning or marking will be required).
  • Aiding the students through their learning and development.
  • Support and manage behaviour.
  • Consistent personnel development.
  • Deliver efficient and informative lessons.

As stated before, the role will be for a day-to-day cover, working days/weeks that suit your needs. However, some roles can also lead to full time positions dependant on the school’s preference.
