Are you a passionate and innovative educator looking to inspire the next generation of designers and technologists? This dynamic Secondary School in the Portsmouth area is seeking a Full-Time Design & Technology Teacher to join their team starting this October.

Position Overview:

  • Role: Design & Technology Teacher
  • Start Date: October
  • Contract: Full-Time
  • Key Stages: KS3 and KS4

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Develop and implement a curriculum that inspires and challenges students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student creativity and innovation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Early Careers Teacher (ECT) also suitable. 
  • Strong subject knowledge in Design & Technology.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
