Drama graduate required for role in 'Good' School in Blackpool, Lancashire (FY1) 

Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a client primary school in Blackpool, Lancs (FY1). This lovely, two form entry primary school are looking to appoint a graduate teaching assistant who has a back ground in performing arts/drama. The role will be to work in one of the schools Year 3 classes to support the class teacher in all aspects of the school day. The successful applicant will also be expected to deliver creative English workshops to children who need additional support across KS1 and KS2 under the instruction of the class teachers. 

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Drama or a similar field and will be confident, ambitious and dedicated to starting their career in education. The school are looking for a passionate graduate who will be able to encourage children to be creative and enthusiastic with their imaginations and ideas. This would be a great opportunity for graduates who are looking to go on to do a PGCE in the future to build up their experience in education in a supported environment.

This is a full time role which will start ASAP and will run for the remainder of the full academic year. The opportunity for extension may be possible for the right person.
