Early Career Teachers
Teaching Personnel are actively recruiting Early Career Teachers graduating with QTS in July 2021 to take on full time and part time teaching commitments within Primary Schools across Lancashire teaching from EYFS-Y6.

All Early Career Teachers registered with Teaching Personnel will have access to the Early Career Framework (ECF). This framework outlines the areas that Early Career Teachers should focus and develop on during the first 2 years of their careers and the induction period. The Early Career Framework allows Early Career Teacher’s sections on, Behaviour Management, Pedagogy, Curriculum, Assessment and Professional Behaviours. The ECF provides support for Early Career Teachers, providing a funded entitlement to a structured 2-year package of high-quality professional development. The reforms are part of the government’s , which aims to improve the training and development opportunities available to teachers.
