Are you a passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for a new role starting in September 2024? We have the perfect opportunity for you at our client school in Newcastle

Role: Early Careers Teacher

Pay: To scale (£153.84 per day)

Contract: Full-time

Start Date: September 2024

Your Role:

  • Teach KS3 and KS4 students of varying abilities in various subjects
  • Plan, deliver, and mark lessons that cater to different learning levels.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Track and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Engage in a variety of extracurricular activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A solid understanding of the national curriculum for your subject and UK based experience
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • An enhanced child-only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one, and we can assist with the application).
  • Two professional references from recent employment.
