Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to take the next step in your teaching journey? We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our primary school pupils.

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, using data to inform teaching and provide targeted support where needed.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share best practice, contributing to the wider school community.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers, maintaining effective communication to support children’s learning and development.
  • Manage behaviour effectively, creating a respectful and nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages pupils to do their best.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and take an active role in your own learning and growth as a teacher.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and completion of Initial Teacher Training (ITT).
  • A passion for teaching and a strong commitment to providing high-quality education for all pupils.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop as part of a supportive team.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
