Teaching Personnel are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to work at a Primary School in Blackpool on a full time basis starting ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity to support and nurture the youngest members of the school community, helping to shape their early learning experiences in a creative and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and education to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development.
  • Work closely with other practitioners, teachers, and parents to support the needs of each child.
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment.
  • Promote the school’s ethos of inclusivity and respect, fostering positive relationships with children and their families.

Requirements:

  • A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above) is essential.
  • Previous experience working with young children, particularly in an EYFS setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for early years education and a commitment to supporting every child’s potential.
  • An understanding of safeguarding procedures and child development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
