Are you passionate about nurturing young minds? Do you believe in the power of early education to shape a child’s future? We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Stoke-on-Trent. We provide a nurturing environment where children aged 3-5 can explore, learn, and grow. Our dedicated staff work collaboratively to create engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity and a love for learning.

In this role, you will support the early years team in delivering high-quality education and care. You’ll assist in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote development across all areas, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues will be essential, as will observing and recording children’s progress and development.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for working with young children and understands their needs. While experience in an early years setting is preferred, it is not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a commitment to promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or above in Childcare or Education, will also be beneficial.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
